You could do it as I did. Inject your balls with alcohol. This caused then to swell and I was diagnosed with localised vasculitis and then a urologist happily performed an orchidectomy for medical reasons.

I had vasculitis that destroyed my balls. Because of the pain, they castrated me. It was an easy decision for the doctors since they weren’t producing any testosterone. I started Testogel about two weeks later. I’ve now discontinued the Testogel as my PSA levels rose from 0.6 to 4.2 in just six weeks.

I had got used to living with no T as my T had dropped to zero for a few months before my orchidectomy.

I was hoping to do it down the surgical route through a proper surgeon

Saw urologist today. He point blank refused surgical castration. He said no surgeon in Europe would do the removal of healthy testicles unless you have prostate cancer. Looks like the end of this particular road.

It’s almost as if the medical community are encouraging us to look for diy methods.
