I agree completely with KA.dick. It's difficult to comment negatively, but constructively given how specific our tastes are in this genre.

IIRC the protagonist had borrowed money from a loan shark. It was time to pay up, but he had no case, so the gangster gave him the choice to take part in a game... that involved his junk in a guillotine. Can't find it here or on the WBM. Any ideas?
