I wouldn't mix spiro with hydrochlorothiazide. I would imagine that would really dehydrate you on top of the fact that MPA, RALOXIFEN and tamoxefin all increase your clotting risk (DVT). Your cocktail sin't something I would recommend for a very long time. Your MPA/Proluton should be adequate ...

in my view proluton is unnnecessary as you are taking androcur at the same time. Proluton is not one of the best choices if you want chemical castration
