I was giver Hydrocodone and antibiotics after surgery. During surgery it was numbing injections and oxygen so I would stop passing out.

It is tough. I feel enormously lucky that I was able to transition even though it took a lot of work money time and stress. But it's never to late and you are no less transfemale just because you haven't transitioned.
