Re: Other Resources
If there's a backup of the forum, can we use that on a new install? Otherwise maybe we can somehow scrape or clone everything. Unfortunately, VBulletin doesn't seem to have a mass copying ability and 22,000 threads would be a chore. Would the owners be willing to give the server and/or domain name ...

Re: Other Resources
I log on pretty regularly so I can probably be a moderator. We need a team so people don't get burned out. (I'm old too, but willing to help.)

Re: Other Resources
I'm hopefully not going to step in anything here, but I'm sufficiently convinced about the need for a resource like EA, not to mention the community of like minded individuals, to be unwilling to let the Archive go away if there is something *I* can do to save it....

Re: supplements to preserve health after castration - Femarelle/Tofupill question
I take vitamin D3 and.a calcium pill. That's all my doctor says I need. I also try to eat healthy with varying degrees of success.

Re: Any thoughts on Statins for Eunuchs on E?
Don't know of any research, but for what it's worth, I take a statin (Rosuvastatin). Previously my cholesterol numbers were high. Now they're in the normal range. No noticeable side effects. Hormone-free for 18 months, just vitamin D3 and a calcium pill. Good luck.

Re: Castration regrets
No regrets.
- Had my one year anniversary a few weeks ago
- No TRT. Just a daily D3 vitamin and Calcium pill
- Libido definitely gone
- No evidence of eunuch calm, still cranky as ever
- No depression
- Memory slightly less sharp
- Gained some weight, then lost it.
- Less stamina for sure ...

Re: Opinions about getting PSA test?
PSA is no big deal. Just a blood test. Might as well do it. Prostate cancer can sneak up on you.

Re: Will castration lower my mental happiness?
There are definitely some side effects for me (no HRT). Fatigue, hot flashes, memory isn't as sharp, blood sugar spiked, perhaps also affects my teeth. On the other hand it hasn't affected my performance in sports and, yes, it really shuts down the libido. Still working on managing the side effects ...
