In the US it might be possible but in some countries (like mine) it ain't a one way trip to the clinic with a wad of cash. Just saying...

Just reading that makes me wanna slit in my throat. And not because of the horror, but due to the stupidity and nature of said people.

I have a gaping hole in my scrotum that doesn't bleed and only hurts when it moves about or if pressure is applied. I figure I have about a week or so to decide since I've postponed my continued "surgery". I'm looking for alternatives in terms of GRS, but time and money are two things I don't have ...

I've injected vodka into my testes for years, been on AA since 2010. I was recently rejected GRS due my condition (suicidal etc). Orchio's aren't done here. And I'm not paying 4000€ just to get a quick fix, when I can get it done much easier for just 20€.

Well the testicles are staying but I need to open them up so I can permamently remove the testes.

I have a few questions and I hope some might shed some light into this:

Opening the scrotum is rather pain-free and only some blood comes out. However once you start opening the testicle to expose the teste, it becomes a rather bloody mess?
