I know about Dr. Arkoff who performs his surgeries in a surgical suite in his office.
Has anyone here gotten castrated in-office by another doctor? I was wondering if insurance rules have forced all castrations to be done in hospitals and out-patient centers these days. It seems like an in-office ...

Re: Castrated and disappeared from this site
Then I am mistaken. I seem to remember a prominent suicide on these message boards, it never left my mind. And reminded me that castration isnt something to be undertaken lightly.

Re: Castrated and disappeared from this site
Conspicuously absent from this thread is any acknowledgement of those who comitted suicide after their castration, I am specifically referring to The Fraj, a name and story familiar to many. I am not saying he committed suicide because of his castration, only that he commited it after. If this ...

Re: Done
I concur. Even his simple castrations utilize an enormous horizontal scar. I have to say, sugically he is a total hack. My castration in Mexico no less, involves tiny little holes in my scrotum that are invisible now. I would never go to Arnkoff.

Climera 50
I am going to discontinue testosterone in January and start on Climera 50 patches. Any eunuchs make this same switch? This is transdermal slow release estrogen and each path lasts about a week. Was wondering how this experience went for anyone that has done this?

Re: Orchiectomy query?
This is not that hard. Use Google, type in "orchiectomy" and the name of whatever 2nd or 3rd world country you want to be castrated in. For instance, in Mexico you can look for orchiectomy in Tijuana, Guadalajara or Puerto Villararta, for example. Google "orchiectomy urologist tijuana" for example ...

Slowly going T-free, possible switch to estrogen?
I am deleting my original post and no longer contributing to the eunuch archive, whoever runs it picks and chooses which of my responses to my own comments are posted. What is wrong with this place? Goodbye.

Re: Goserelin experience
Libido. LIBIDO. Not "Labido". NO. Men have a LIBIDO. Not a LABIDO. Sorry I can't handle that typo anymore, everyone makes it. Its like "prostate" and "prostrate". One is a gland in your body, the other means spread out on the ground.

Re: What do we really mean by "Eunuch"?
I am surgically castrated with testicular prosthesis. I am currently on TRT testosterone injections. Yes or no -- am I a eunuch? Functionally and visually I am the same, but i am sterilized, and basically have a scrotum swollen with silicone implants. I kind of hope I am a eunuch, but understand if ...
