The vast majority of Health care providers will not proscribe HRT unless you are on WPATH 7 and in Therapy. The only time they will do otherwise is in the case of a mediaclly necessary Orchie or Hysterectomy and then only for the "appropriate physical gender you are".

Thats pretty much the standard set out in WPATH 7 which is the plan I am on with my Therapist and gyno/endo. Diagnosed with Severe Gender Dysphoria in 2019.

It should go away like any bruise does with time. Ice packs help and also a scrotal sling. However I guess I was very fortunate as I had no swelling or bruising to speak of.

Mine was covered by my medicare. It was not at the time related to my transition. I did have pain and hydrocells that were causing problems and my testes were non functional. As far as transition goes it is sadly a long process I just had a three month review and have at least nine more months to go ...

Yes I wear panties and for these reasons... First they are very comfortable, second I am a transwoman so no boy undies for this girl! Plus they are so pretty!
