My client is actually from a totally different state!

I'm not sure who Dr. A is, as I'm new to the world of non-fantasy castration, but I will ask him about it. He came all the way out here to session with me, so something a few states over isn't going to be such an issue.

Oh, I am all too aware of this fact. As it stands I do not yet know exactly where, on the wide spectrum, this medical professional's exact profession falls. My client is a smart man, though, so I don't see him hiring someone completely unqualified to perform such a delicate and risky surgery, though.

I personally played a bit with zip ties (not an elastrator, but can be considered close). I had enough after about 20-30 minutes (± it was some time ago and I do not remember clearly). I can not imagine tolerating that amount of pain for 8-12 hours.
