Well after a week the swelling is down but the testicle still has feeling when squeezed. Going to wait before doing the other one. The cords on both sides of the suture still have some swelling. But there is virtually no pain. Just annoying ache at times.

nope the testicle is just tied off inside the scrotum. No cutting involved just suture around all the cords tied off thru. pinhole. and let fall back into scrotum, thru pinhole. essentially does same thing as burdizzo just doesn't crush the skin. Only pain controlled with Tylenol not much at that ...

Google "pinhole castration" for lots of information. Does the same thing as a burdizzo without the severe pain.

hi, I just did a pinhole castration on my right testicle yesterday, nut has swelled up about twice it normal size. Hoping this will all go as planned. Wife says we can do the other one next week if all goes well. Hope to get some breast growth . Love it so far. Been wanting castration for 40 years ...
