I definitely prefer the sac removed as when it was just empty it was a constant source of irritation and chaffing. Now that it is fully healed it feels so much better and I believe it actually looks good just being smooth beneath the penis.

I had low testosterone for several years.
My PCP prescribed Androgel for the low T.
Then a couple of years ago testicle pain became a problem.
My PCP referred me to a urologist who did an ultrasound.
It revealed there was no cancer but that there was no living tissue in my testicles.
