I will just add that cutters and diy surgery are very dangerous, and even though my penectomy was done by a knowledgeable man, if anything had gone wrong, its a long way to hospital, if the cutter hangs around to help you get there.

The day of the procedure I had a consult with the anesthesiologist (wow I typed that up without looking it up and without any spelling errors at all, lol). it was about a slave who ended up being penectomised, and was held in a cellar with arms amputated. made to wear steel shoes, i cant find it anywhere!
