It speaks about low dose estrogen and suppression of testosterone.

I am on TRT and definitely suffer from BPH, but am a little confused at this point. Based upon the article, I would think that anyone who is castrated and not on any TRT would then have zero issues with BPH. Is this true? And also, I am under the assumption that T production stops in the testicle ...
