Hi, progress unremarkable.

24 to 36 hrs some pain about 2 on the 1-10 scale dealt with by occasional ibuprofen. Occasional sharp pain up into the groin.

36 hrs to 48, fewer sharp "stabs" and very low level ache.Testicles about 2 times normal size and painful to manipulate but quite livable with ...
