I'm in the same boat .... managed to kill my right testicle which was removed last July as a "precaution". During convalescence the left one which I thought was also defunct seemed to recover, but another shot of CCL/Alcohol appears to have done the trick! However am being patient so shall wait ...

This was a good read jcat, I'm in the position where my right testicle is to be removed within the next couple of months, but whilst my left is atrophied,it is not showing any other 'irregularities' so they are leaving it alone... Not much appears to be happening with me at the moment, balls are hard, there has been some shrinkage, especially with the left, and I think the right is a little smaller as well... sex drive is reduced for sure, although I'm working flat out at the moment which wont help that.

Some of the nerves from the spermatic cords, and therefor the testicles, refer pain to areas in the abdomen. The abdomen is served by many of the same nerves as the spermatic cords. --FLO--

Some of the injected material may have worked up the vas deferens and into the lower abdomen, or even into the prostate, or bladder.

Or, hopefully not, a bacterial infection has developed.

If you start to develop a fever, chills, and the pain does not lessen, or especially if it gets worse ...

Went into work (everyone thinks I have food poisoning from my facebook posts lol) and lasted until lunchtime when I had to come home and go back to bed ... just felt totally exhausted .... feeling a bit better tonight, though still get the odd spasm in my abdomen and can ...

Spent most of yesterday either in bed or on the sofa snoozing, felt completely washed out which isn't surprising given the night before. Was sick once after drinking some water, but it was only fluid that came up.
