so was wanting one nut removed but on another site was told that i want one removed, might as well go all the way and get fully neutered. any thoughts on this.

so it be better to remove both

i have become collared by a Master and we have talked and i have told him i would like to get one of my nuts/testicles removed and he is full accepting of that. my question is, what effects and body changes will happen getting one nut removed.
