Re: Seeking Advice to Orchiectomy Dilemma
I am not dysphoric, and I still take T, but I had a similar dilemma. My testicles stopped producing T at normal levels years ago. I had been on TRT for years, so my testes atrophied, were prone to cysts, and I had a bout of epididymitis. I felt that since they weren’t producing, and I was getting my ...

Re: Seeing Dr Arnkoff next week
Congratulations and welcome to the
Eunuch Brotherhood! I had my radical orchiectomy by my urologist last May 14, and I'm delighted with my new, large prosthetic testicles! Without spermatic cords to hold them back, I'm getting a nice stretch on my scrotum, and getting a nice set of low-hangers ...

Re: My PCP Is Referring Me To Urologist For Orchiectomy
I am two weeks out from my radical bilateral orchiectomy. My urologist took a different approach so as not to be too invasive. He performed a radical orchiectomy via a single midline scrotal incision. He was able to go high into the inguinal canals and ligate my spermatic cords, and remove about ...

Re: The date is set
I am 3 weeks out since my surgery and the swelling is 90% gone. I was off pain killers after 2 doses and did not see my pens for a week due to swelling. Good luck with being a eunuch.
Congrats Cb2000user! I am two weeks out from my orchiectomy, and my swelling is negligible, however, I do have ...

Re: The date is set
For what it's worth... icing now isn't doing any good other than a placebo effect. That's really only good the first 24 hours or so. After that the body just has to take it's natural course.

You are absolutely right. I'm 7 days out and I'm still bruised, swollen, and sore. Putting ice on ...

Re: The date is set
Congrats on joining the club. :) As for your implants... I have nothing to say one way or the other. So long as you're happy with the outcome that's all that matters.
Thanks buddy! I told you I was committed to being a eunuch, and here I am! I'm happy with what I've accomplished, and I'm ...

Re: The date is set
I come from a transhumanist perspective - the right to choose your body is a profound thing, and if you've found a way to get what you're after, more power to ya. I hope you like how they come out. (Heh, poor word choice?) Given that I'm considering a similar radical, would you mind counting days ...

Re: The date is set
Hello Everyone!
Well, I had my radical orchiectomy on Thursday, May 14. My doctor was able to do a radical and remove much of the cords through one midline scrotal incision, which is much less invasive. He implanted two Large saline-filled silicone prosthetics, which I'm hoping will be covered by ...

The date is set
Greetings Everyone,
My radical orchiectomy is scheduled for Thursday, May 14. I will finally be rid of my atrophied and infarcted testicles, and free of the pain I've dealt with over the last couple of years. I had to change urologists to get this accomplished because the first one recommended ...

Re: Orchitectomy on Old people
I am 63 and I have been on TRT for 12 years after testing 199. In that amount of time, my testicles have atrophied and hardened, and are no longer functioning. They are so small and light, that they float in my scrotum about halfway up. I have complained to my urologist of soreness and atrophy, and ...
