Anybody remember the story where a man has his urethra sealed with silver nitrate?

Been looking for a story where a man wakes up to find himself completely immobilized, cathed, with a respirator and feeding tube. His one night stand is responsible and he is informed all of his bodily functions will be taken care of for him. Any idea what it was called?
