i have installed Avast 7 , and frankly I feel it is the best anti virus software, and it is free too.

About web rep, it also help you stay away from site which have bad rating, like having viruses or malwares, to show rating for this site Avast web rep need to get a certain feed back from different ...

I tmay be because of virus as it has the capability to slow your computer down , try Avast free anti virus , it really works , or get some malware removal software to solce the problem. if nothing helps , try redoing your window.
