Has castration at all affected anyone's insomnia? Or perhaps brought on the onset of it?

Here's a thought. Why not try one of the long acting anti-androgens such as Trelstar LA. It comes in a 30, 90, or 180 day single dosage (shot) & will knock your T-levels to almost zilch. Talk with your urologist about it. Going with the 90 or 180 day dosage will sure give you an idea of what to ...

One more thing: can anyone comment on their energy levels post castration? I understand that energy loss is expected for the few months afterwards, but is there any recovery of energy over time? And has it affected your sleep? I'm specifically referring to those that have gone without HRT.
