on the 01/09/2016 I had a testicle scan and the measurements were as followed (all in cm):

Left: 2.8 x 1.9 x 4.3, total volume 12ml. Right: 2.5 x 1.8 x 4.8, total volume 11 ml.

i haven't had them removed yet but I'd be tempted to fly to the USA, see Mark Arnkoff (because no one allows you to voluntarily do it here), have him remove them, put some plastic ones in and come back to my gf in a few weeks time and pretend like nothing happened.

ambiguous is wright. I killed mine 7 years ago. urologists did biopsies, scans, ... but never decided to cut them off. They shrunk and are still in place. never had enough problems with it to justify removing it.
