I spoke with Dr. Arnkoff about a month ago by phone, and consistent with what everyone else describes after a very short conversation he agreed to do it. I just sent an email through his web site asking to set a date for April 2013.

I'm sad I can't stay for the weekend activities, but very glad I was able to make it for the first two days. Thank you everyone for the hospitality in making this wannabe newcomer feel truly welcome. I expect I will be back.
