Should I start taking estrogen also if so how much and how often I want to have results soon the sooner my testosterone is at zero the better

I want no libido and start my feminization my wife is in full support of me doing this

I am 37 and started provera Wednesday my doctor put me on it he knows I want to be a eunuch I am taking 5mg daily I am 5ft6 140lbs is the amount I am taking enough to do anything. Any advice is appreciated I hope to be surgically castrated this year

I spoke with Dr. Arnkoff last week he will be doing my orchiectomy as soon as i get the money saved up, its about a 6 hour drive for me to his office, my wife is going with me for support and to do the driving i can't wait.
