Seems that testicular cancer folk have been looking at this.
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16006929 shows the Depot Provera results. Lower dose seems as good as the higher.

Hmm... There are different ways at this:
You can block the action of T with androcur. It doesn't lower T but just the effects of it. Some folk produce more T as the pituitary gland calls for more to be made.
