What little information you have given sounds far more like a body dysphoria than a gender dysphoria. Both are very real, but what you should do about them is very different. Your first assignment is to do some reading around in the Archive and to start giving more information about your ...

For starters, I'd like to suggest that wanting your physical genitals gone does not necessarily indicate a gender crisis. It could be physical dysphoria, but until we know more details I, and others here, cannot say with any certainty what you might be facing. :)
