Re: Trains, planes, and automobiles
I'd like to take the train. When I checked, the place I go most often would take 3-4 days by train and would have many changes in conveyance. It would actually be part taxi, part train and part bus. There is no train or trains between here and there. By plane, it takes 2 hours and is direct from ...

Re: EUREKA (TV show on SciFi Channel)
I really enjoyed the episode...after I didn't like much of last season. However the very end was a bit of a letdown as to the direction of future episodes. I liked the 4 year jump idea better.
It's in its final run of episode so I'll stick it out. Really looking forward to Warehouse 13 when it ...

Re: EUREKA (TV show on SciFi Channel)
oh good lord, Now I remember why I stopped watching this show.
IT could be worse...
But not by much...
Last couple of times I watched it, they had a huge shift in some the characters. What was it, 4 went back in time and came back with a 5th stowaway the changed their time? Maybe it was too ...

Yes, I saw the movie.
In addition to enjoying it, I thought Paul Mantee was quite cute too.
I had forgotten that Adam West was in it for a few moments at the beginning.

Re: Why are terms like homosexuality and transgender absent from popular health sites??
Also, I am grateful to have no evidence of the cancer on the last PET/CT scans, blood tests and a colonoscopy. However, another part of my life is missing. I've turned down 4 men that wanted to be more than friends. I am now more than hesitant to go to a doctor for help. So I guess that is #8.

Re: Why are terms like homosexuality and transgender absent from popular health sites??
I see your point. I wonder if you see mine, #6?
I have to wonder if coming out to my doctors and nurses would have changed the way they handled my cancer treatments. Would they have been better? Would they have been sub-par?
I am left with a problem I believe is from the radiation treatments. I ...

Re: Why are terms like homosexuality and transgender absent from popular health sites??
If you go to A-Z topics on a site like webmd.com or medicinenet.com, there is no mention of homosexuality, transgender, etc. As the sites contain much information on non-disease conditions (e.g. webmd has a 3-page article on virginity), any [educated] guesses why the omission? (religious backing ...

I received one sent to Rusty Dai. I'm not able to figure out why I cannot log in any longer, been here for years. I changed to RustyDai and it looks like I'm a newby. I haven't received that notice for RustyDai.

Re: Medical report of Self Castration
Why dose it coast $4,000.00 for Elective outpatient orchiectomy? To neuter a cat $135.00 and $400.00 to $600.00 for a dog. Come on this is beyond a rip off.
Probably the liability issue. If the doctor does something wrong, it is a human being damaged. If the vet does something wrong, the dog ...
