So now the other one has been removed so I am fully castrated now. I will be having testosterone replacement therapy for life. The remaining testis was atrophied as well and causing pain and other problems. I had this done, like the previous one, under general anaesthetic so I felt nothing.

I had one testis removed for chronic pain after a real 'comedy of errors'. The other is atrophied and will not be removed unless it causes pain or becomes gangrenous. I have to have regular testosterone implants to keep my testosterone levels up, prevent gyaencomastia and also a side effect of low ...
