I agree, don't under any circumstances tell them that you have been injecting anything into your testicles. Also, use a very fine needle as this doesn't hurt at all. I used 25G needles when I was injecting and honestly didn't even feel the prick of it going through my scrotum. I went the calcium ...

I got this idea because I've read somewhere in this thread that one guy injected too much and his testicle became the size of an apple, so he went to emergency and yes they locked him up but they also quickly removed both nuts.

Just wondering if maybe i could cheat and get a short cut somehow ...

if i go to the emergency at my local hospital and lie and tell them i injected alcohol into my nuts and say that it hurts like hell and i'm ready to pass out(fake it like i'm in pain), will they remove them surgically?
