It's getting hard to get needle in on the left one. Needle goes easily in the right one... Should I stop injecting left testicle for a while?

Did my 4th injection yesterday and there was some sharp pain right after injecting both testicles.

However pain only lasted 1 hour at max. Then it was like nothing happened to them. It was hard to inject the needle in left testicle and I assume that one is on its way to become dead.

I have only done 3 injections and my testicles are half the size of what they were. Now it's kinda hard to inject alcohol in to them using my 1cc 30 gauge syringes....

Last injection I did was 2 weeks ago. Should I wait more or do the 4th round?

What does it mean by balls testicles not taking any more fluids? Is it because of pain or it takes more power to push the plunger?

I finally managed to insert 1ml of 40% vodka in each testicle. They got bigger but went to normal size after 2 hours. Is it possible? or is it possible if it leaks inside scrotum? I had some pain but not much left after 2 hours...
