What I meant to say is, dont inject any kind of anesthetic directly into the testes. Some people do and thats where they run into serious problems. Topical products are fine.

P.S. I cant wait till my 4th injection!!!!! yay!

I also agree in the use of no anesthetic.

I think most important is to use a thin new needle each injection.
