Slowly working up the dose is the best way to go. Everyone's bodies respond differently. Some endos seem to be super cautious. I too started Androcur 1 month ago (50mg 2/day). At week 2 I got my blood test, serum testosterone was down to 52 ng/dL. I just knew it was tons lower then in the past when taking spiro and none of the night cramps in the legs. So far no side effects. Perhaps the estrogen helps counteract them?
