I have read it tweaks the Libido and that is one reasons it is used ( rape offenders ) .. There is a difference between it and Spiro. though some have reasoned higher ...

There is a Surgeon just outside of Philly who specializes in it ,as well as in Quebec. There are quite a few ( newer folks ) who are up on the cutting ( no pun intended ) edge of these surgery's. Myself I would shy away from some of the older ones.
