I am male 28, I was circumcised at birth and had both testicles removed over a decade ago.

how strange mine were not removed because of cancer but were still removed via abdomen. maybe they removed them differently in my country

why does it seem most mens testicles are removed via their scrotum? mine were removed via my abdomen/pelvis?

having lost my left testicle as the result of a skate boarding accident, an event which also led to the removal of the right testicle. I think finding such painful events amusing is distasteful.

I had bilateral orchiectomy done when i was 17. I agree, I was drugged to the hilt and still it hurt like hell! were your testicles removed via the pelvis? / abdomen region?

Using HRT does not change your status as a eunuch. I too use HRT( would not go without for any price), but as a castrated male, I AM a eunuch, albeit a functional one.
