I hear you on that one. Most new writers tend to write what they think people want to read about and not what the really want. I say write the stories you WANT to write. If it was me, I'd leave a detailed synopsis at the top explaining that the content may be seen as more "extreme" than ...

Without sounding like a crazy person, I really enjoy gore stories where there's a lot of destruction, it's a thrill to read about how a strong male being reduced into nothing.
