Just got my castration today, 18 April at 8am. ALMOST NO PAIN NOW! Luv it! And just think that my 44th birthday is tomorrrow, 19 April.

I am an exercise person.. twice a day and LOVE IT. Will castration greatly effect my exercise plan? Will I have to change my life style? My surgery date is April 18th (next week). Can anyone help me about this'?
