Thanks for your suggestions on this. Question, if "we don't allow profile pics and never have" what is the section of the profile enititled photo doing there in the first place????? Without a one sentence explanantion for it??????

I have tried unsuccessfully multiple times to upload a photo for my profile here, but it doesn't show up after I pull up the link and click on submit. Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong? I've uploaded on other sites without any problem but maybe there's something here I'm not understanding ...
