Re: Any runners on low E?
It's interesting because it seems the lower T has actually improved my running. However, I suspect that is due to a little less muscle mass and my appetite doesn't seem as intense.

Re: Any runners on low E?
Definitely don't want the osteoporosis. My Mom has osteopenia, so it's something to be concerned with.

Any runners on low E?
This seems like a logical place for this post. I'm looking for some input from any runners on the board. I'm 50yo and was surgically castrated 14 years ago. Been on nothing for a while (not good), E and low E. For years now, I have been on a moderate level of T. However, I've recently switched to ...

Re: Estratest hs
Good to know. Argh, I swore off that T, now it's coming back to haunt me! ðŸ˜
I think its worth pointing out that testosterone is not just for "Male" folks. Women make testosterone as well and its important for many things which include sex drive. I've read that many TS m2f folks don't have much ...

Re: Estratest hs
That's what I'm looking for. An increase in sex drive, hopefully a better ability to have an erection. Just no hair growth, masculine features, etc. I just need to do some more research and then see if it's worth the risks.
Most hormones (male or female) would have some or all of these side ...

Re: Estratest hs
Yeah, my doc basically said that I won't have a sex drive without T. I just don't want all the other stuff that comes with that.

Estratest hs
Anyone used Estratest hs? My doctor is thinking of prescribing it to me. I've been castrated and am on 2mg of oral estradiol daily. I basically want to have sex with someone now and it isn't quite working. :) The one caveat is that I do not want to feel like a man, nor having any masculine ...

Re: Memory and enjoyment without HRT
You may be taking to much estrogen. Allot of the members report that they don't do well without HRT, and they also report that the levels of HRT the doctors wish them to take, they also have problems with. So you could reduce the amount of HRT you are taking and see how you feel.
I agree. I'm ...

Re: Memory and enjoyment without HRT
Thanks for the response Charlene. I just wonder if that short-term memory loss is temporary. A couple of years, etc? The really odd thing is that off HRT, I felt more feminine. Or, at least more myself. I even told my doctor I felt more feminine and felt I looked better, smoother skin, etc. She told ...
