I am curious. Do you have five different dilators? If so, which one do you use? I have about 5.5" of depth using the third of the five dilators, although Dr. Meltzer calls this dilator 2 (the second one he calls T2).

Yes, I do have my labiaplasty with Dr. Meltzer scheduled for mid-March.

Women with unwanted high levels of T often take Diane35 which has (2) mg of androcur per tablet. That's 2mg vs. the 50mg per tab of siterone/androcur/Cyproterone acetate. It sounds like a big waste of money to take the 50mg if you are castrated and an unnecessary burden on the liver.

Oh, I did not mean that the androcur would have any estrogenic properties, as the estrogen would take care of that. I am talking about taking androcur post-castration to ensure that any male secondary features do not show up in any form.
