I think gender dysphoria has a tight grip on you and having this last bit still generating testosterone is making you loose focus on the big picture. Talk to your urologist about getting a prescription for single use catheters. *Preferably the type that are prelubricated. Its not too difficult to use. You quickly get used to using them so don't freak out about them.
