Do you still get sexually attracted, have sexual desires, fantasies about the other sex after the castration? or is it only the genitals that lose the function?

I get fed up of my sex drive/sexuality often. The good thing about castration is the fact you lose it but i worry about the side affects it has. Is there such thing as a castration where you only lose your sexuaity?.

The only thing i would like is to lose my sex drive/sexuality. Nothing else really.
