I think the eunuch symbol should be made from the male symbol since eunuchs are made from men:

the male symbol with the arrow curving downward to represent impotence

and

the circle being dashed rather than solid to represent the missing balls

or

the circle with a diagonal slash through it as in ...

Do eunuchs feel more emotions than intact men? Recently I was told by a non-eunuch that testosterone has an emotion-blocking effect. I would have to say this appears true from my experiences with men.
