Thanks to everyone who have replied. Your information has been very useful and I appreciate it. I have passed my final shrink sign-off and identified a willing urologist, so its now just down to sorting out the hormones and setting a date. The endocrinologist doesn't wan

Effects of surgical castration on older men?
Can anyone please tell me what bodily effects to expect after castration? Particularly feminisation effects? I am a 64yo man and working my way through the medical barriers to get castrated in July, one signature to go! I am aware of the general after effects of castration, and that the effects ...

Re: Castration following cancer, but how to do it?
Thanks to Kennath7 and Bobbie for your concerns and suggestions. They do make a lot of sense, I guess sometimes I deliberately ignore the obvious in my determination to get it done. Never thought about accidentally mainling though. Injection seemed so simple, and I know thru BME that people inject ...

Re: Castration following cancer, but how to do it?
Since my initial post I have been researching the feasibility of injecting a substance into my testicles to atrophy them. It just seems a clean, simple alternative to surgical castration IF it will work. There seems to be a number of substances people have tried on animals, but can't see any ...

Re: Castration following cancer, but how to do it?
Many thanks to Bobbie and Francis fr the above comments and suggestions. just for the record, I have had PSA tests every year and have always shown a very low PSA. A PSA is not enough, a digital examination is also required and is something many men avoid. In hospital i was surprised to see the ...

Castration following cancer, but how to do it?
Perhaps this post should be somewhere else, but here goes anyway .......
Six months ago i underwent a number of major operations to treat cancer. Cancer of the bladder, then cancer of the prostate, then other bits and pieces. So half my bladder was removed, all my prostate has gone, a vasectomy was ...

Looking for people in Australia
For years and years I have considered castration, then nullification and now its seems easier and far more isatisfying to go the whole way and completely change gender. My enquiries about getting castration done in Australia for non-medical reasons almost lead to the psychiatric ward! (Maybe ...

Is a "castration exhibition" realistic?
There are many fantasies about one or more men being castrated in front of a paying crowd and I have always treated them as such, fantasies. However recently, having got the price for castration myself, I'm wondering if it would be realistic to "sell" the event to a select group of spectators. And ...

Re: Suspension or hanging by genitals
I've tried suspension from balls a few times, photos in BME. Don't use thin wire though, otherwise off they will come. Its a pleasant feeling, can hurt tho'. I've been suspended 3-4 fet off the ground and swinging free, but body weight distribution means you swing upside down.
