NOT

"This is the problem what do you think i should i do about it"

Its been almost 4 weeks now since tho OP and i have to say i feel great...

The cut on my scrotom is gone swelling almost compleatly subsided and most importantly the pain ive lived with for so long is gone ( YaY YaY ..!!!!!!!! ).
