actually there must be a possibility to make a minimal incision ( even with a needle or a very thin sharp object) and then after stretching the penis find the ligament and cut it with slow motion....

anybody for ideas or experience?

the aiming point is to have a longer penis but more than this to have it permanently hanging, even when erect...

sensation before circ: 100

sensation after circ: 60

sensation wanted: 0 ...
