thank you for all the feedback on burdizzo's. my wife and i have found that finding a doctor to perform the task at hand is near impossible so a burdizzo seemed the next best option. i am certainly taking all that you have written under advisement.

I'm going to have my wife use a burdizzo on me. What I would really like to know is what to expect as soon as the pinch is made. Pain, how much and how long. Down time, how long till I'm mobile again. Time frame for atrophy of testicules. Any other info as to what to expect the first couple days ...
