Finasteride Dosage
Along with estradriol and spiro, I am currently taken finisateride 2.5mg per day as advised by my gender practioner. I noticed, however the Transgendercare website recommends 5mg per day as this is apparently more effective for feminization.

Estradial can be taken sublingually, but can estradial valerate also be taken sublingually?

Dry Hands.
The skin texture on the palms of my hands and fingers has become very dry since taking Spironolactone. I also take Estradial Valerate and Finasteride.
Is this to be expected as part of the feminization process, or is it a side effect of the Spinolactone?

Estradiol effect dissolved under tongue
I have read on these boards that estradiol valerate is less damaging to the the liver when dissolved under the tongue. But does taking it in this way produce a more effective result as regards feminization. My doctor never mentioned anything about this.

Estradiol Valerate, then anti-androgens
After undergoing a three month waiting period my gender practioner proscribed me Estradiol Valerate, to be taken 4mg daily. This is the first time I have taken any medication in line to trasitioning and am very happy to have come this far. I did ask the practioner however, why he was not proscibing ...

Re: hair removal question
In regards to this, does anyone know anything about light pulse therapy and whether that works? Which form of hair removal therapy is the best - Laser therapy, electrolysis or light therapy?

Re: Radical Penectomy
Anything that isn't discharged from the system, as in ejaculation, will accumulate and be absorbed back into the body
Is that healthy. I would have thought that the body, in order to remain healthy, needs to discharge (not re-absorb) testorone.
As for wet dreams, I have been told that penis ...

Can radical penectomy lead to any health problems.
I have heard that there is a painfull condition called blue balls, for example, which is used to descibe a build up of testerone. Is this true?
