I would like a trial run with cyproterone or some other chemical castration.
However, from what I've read there can be some dangerous side affects such as stroke or heart attack.
What say you?

Re: newbie
Welcome to the Archive.
The effects of beta blockers is not the same effect as castration. Beta just effects the erection and not the other physical and emotional areas. You would have far more changes in your life.
Can you tell me more about beta blockers. I would like to have less or no ...

Re: Trans relationships
It's not about PC-ness. If you can't give a trans person the exact same sort of treatment as you would give a cisgendered person, then the only BS is the bit where you say u'll treat a trans woman exactly the same as you would a cisgendered woman.
Already you struggle to not use "" when referring ...

Re: Trans relationships
Yea see.... its not some trans women who have a female brain. It's most, and it's not "do", it's do. That has been proven scientifically over 10 years ago when they did a MRI or CAT scan on a trans woman's brain (one who was not, and has never been on any hormones) and found that there was an ...

Re: Major life changes
I live most of my life as male but the female part is asserting herself much more every day and I'm sure that she will consume me in the future. Stacy is who I am and I only pretend to be that male that others see. He is just a facade of masculinity and may not even do it very well. I originaly ...

Re: Trans relationships
If you would see and treat her as female, what's up with the ""? Trans women not good enough to deserve the proper pronouns without an added cavet? lol
We don't want people to pretend to see us as women you know, we want them to genuinely actually see us as women because they believe it is gender ...

Re: Trans relationships
I was in the shower and had an odd thought. For those that date/marry individuals that are MtF or FtM, I was curious if these people are gay/lesbian that want to be with a member of the same sex, but don't want to "Come out of the closet" so they knowingly chose a relationship with a trans ...

Re: Alternative to castration
Charlie,
No, I tucked for years without any noticeable shrinkage. My atrophy is caused by taking Androcur over a 4-year period.
Now being so much smaller than before, when tucked, the testicles do not result in any bulge in the groin area. It's wonderful.
I guess you're very happy with the ...

Re: I have decided I want to be somewhere in between feminine and maculine
So how can I do it?
I have a lot of gender dysphoria and I dont know if I should try to be male or female (I am biologically male)
So, I guess I am asking, if one wanted to be able to live somewhat inbetween. What should they do? I think I want to have some breast growth and feminization but not ...

Re: Attempts at a young age
I am in the midst of preparing a presentation to a group of professional counselors on the need to take much more seriously any desire for castration in young people. While I have some data on serious attempts at self-castration at a young age, I would like to have more data on the subject to ...
