very honest, you do have a journey in front of you, I recommend you save some sperm before you do anything permanent. Not having children could prove a big hurdle in the future for your soon to be wife. Every thing else you mention can be dealt with. All the best to both of you.

I think its worth considering that having a medical degree doesn't mean that those using the burdizzo were qualified to use it. After all the use of it would not be in their training as med students and I would put forward that very few men are castrated by any doctor anywhere with a burdizzo. By ...
