Funerals are supposed to be quiet sombre affairs. Protests of any kind have no place there, and I'm sure there's a special place in hell for those that perpetrated this act.
That Said. If this group thinks it just fine to protest a funeral. Something that is a truly private affair, then every ...

Reminds me of a few fantasies of my own as a youth. Strange dreams those were, hadn't thought about them in ages

Re: Alone on Valentines Day
Well I'm alone again on this day. I'm not sure if I prefer it this way or not. At least there's not the great demand to prove to someone that I love them. Its the same if thing if we've been dating a few weeks, or a few years. Never understood it really. I try and show my love every day, but its ...

I'd say the thefts change things considerably. I'd be filing a report on them.
I also can't help but wonder what else they've been doing, maybe they have something to do with those Western Union Overdrafts you had earlier

I'm pretty sure APS might consider what she's doing a form of elder abuse, certainly wouldn't hurt to talk with them first. Clearly she's taking advantage. But I'd be talking to my lawyer soon as possible. you never know what she might accuse you of

Re: Story Submissions
I would only complain if the New Story box disappeared from the main page. I like being able to see straight off if there are any new stories. So far I've only contributed one story myself, but I had hoped to write and contribute more, though I'll still write in hopes that I might contribute later ...

Re: Harry Potter and the Secret of the Golden Unicorn
I hardly believe the Harry Potter series of books are "Childrens Stories". They are long well written stories. Ones full of magic, mystery, and suspense. In short they are fun.
Sure JKR wrote them with the main focus being on telling a story the younger reader could enjoy, but in not talking down ...

Re: Harry Potter and the Secret of the Golden Unicorn
It took a moment after reading for me to clue in on just who her father is. Once I got it I was wondering just why such a child might be created in the end, and if she might be as depraved as her father was.
I could give it away, but I won't.
Should be an interesting read just like the last story ...

Re: "Car Surfing" is a Darwinian Sport!
Even if there was a policy in force I'm fairly certain such activity might preclude a payout. At the very least someones checking to see if there's a way not to pay.
Ironic that the Darwin nominee is, pardon was in insurance. He should have known the risks better then anyone.
Ah well
