My biopsy result's were
Left testicle orchiectomy:
Benign testicular tissue with extensive atrophy, area of infarction and chronic ischemic changes
Periphery shows scatted calcification and focal ossificanation.
Sertoli only change present.
Spermatic cord margin viable.

I am 3 weeks out since my surgery and the swelling is 90% gone. I was off pain killers after 2 doses and did not see my pens for a week due to swelling. Good luck with being a eunuch.

Goal has been completed,
after 5 years of chemical castration and 3 shots of NaCl surgery was performed on April 27th. after 3 weeks the swelling is now almost completely gone testosterone level is nonexistent and both my wife and I are extremely happy with the results.I will keep you guys posted on my new life as a eunuch.
